"Mom has had the same care team in place since we started the service in 2022 after a trip to the emergency room and hospital. We've not been back since then and credit much of that to the excellent services provided by Brian and the team at liveWELL"

Our three pillars of living well:

Have a plan

Many families find themselves unprepared when expected and unexpected life events occur. Whether a spouse, daughter or son, you will eventually step into the role of caring for a loved one. Whether a simple task like preparing a living will and establishing power of attorney or a more complicated decision due to a chronic illness or accident, we’ve developed an assessment tool and partnerships that will help you navigate the journey ahead.

Our team of professionals use information collected during our in-home assessment to recommend immediate actions and, as life events occur, suggest services based on our extensive research and life experiences:

● Comprehensive living will and power of attorney (POA)

● Partner resources and services that support an active social and physical lifestyle

● Medicare plan evaluation each year (access to doctors, benefits, savings, etc.)

● Deciding on where to live, and when it’s time to transition (age in place at home, explore senior living community options, assisted living and memory care facilities, etc.)

● End of life planning (burial plans, policies, etc.)

● Secure maintenance of key documents and information for POA and family

● And much more…

These accidents and chronic diseases include:

● Falls

● Stroke

● Alzheimer’s and dementia

● Arthritis

● Heart disease

● Cancer

● And more!

Our personal caregivers provide assistance with:

● Medication compliance packaging and reminders

● Meal planning, grocery shopping and preparation

● Housekeeping, and coordinating home maintenance

● Assistance with showering, bathing and personal care

● Scheduling and attending doctors appointments, community activities, Church, etc.

● And much more…

We can also watch over your elderly loved one while they are in the emergency room, hospital, surgery center, independent or assisted living center. As a family caregiver, we can also arrange respite care and 24/7 oversight while you take care of your personal health and wellbeing!

About Us

Our investors and leadership consist of healthcare executives seeking to create a better senior living experience. The marketplace today consists of several, fragmented non-clinical in-home care, independent and assisted living and memory care companies. It’s a very difficult path for aging adults and their loved ones to navigate.

We partner with healthcare systems and payers to provide senior living advice and services, as life events occur, before there is a crisis. We believe the right advice and help, over the course of life events, will reduce unnecessary healthcare costs for our partners and clients.

We are piloting our model with Infirmary Health System, the largest private, non-profit health system in Alabama. We will continue to seek select partnerships with health systems, payers, private and public industry. If interested in being part of our journey, please contact us at partnerships@livewellseniorservices.com
